Rene Bourque Set to Return After Concussion

CALGARY, Alta. -- With a 2-2 record in the books in the early going of this new NHL season, the Calgary Flames will take their show on the road this week, with the good chance that their second leading scorer from last year -- Rene Bourque -- will be back in the line-up for at least one of the three games in four nights.

The Flames will be in Nashville on Tuesday, Detroit on Thursday and Columbus on Friday.

Bourque, who suffered a head injury (read: concussion) during the second game of the season against the Los Angeles Kings, was practising at full tilt with the club at Max Bell Arena on Monday, prior to their flight to Nashville.

"I took a full week off, so we're very careful about this injury,'' explained the left winger. "We wanted to make sure I was fully healed.''
